Tourism Distraction.

So, "THE NUMBER of people who visited Fife last year dropped by 1% to 677,603, although some attractions in the area showed strong individual growth ... The statistics for Fife have thrown up a mixed bag, with, for example, the Andrew Carnegie Birthplace Museum in Dunfermline seeing an incredible 138.9% increase in visitor numbers, partly attributed to the removal of entrance fees."

So fewer tourists, but more for Mr Carnegie's birthplace, albeit that Mr Carnegie is not sure he entirely approves of it being "free," not very capitalistic.
