So, according to the local press the roadworks at Dunfermline's Sinclair Gardens roundabout have been extended for a further month meaning that they will completed two months behind schedule.

Carnegie has little to add to his previous comments, but he suspects that we haven't heard the end of this saga yet. Completion January 2008 anyone?

Carnegie hears that the roadworks to the Sinclair Gardens roundabout in his beloved home town of Dunfermline are starting to cause major problems for local residents and that the roadworks themselves are now scheduled to continue until November, after they "slipped" from an October completion date.

Carnegie encountered these issues in his business life and usually someone's head rolled. He doubts that this will happen on this occasion, although it clearly should. There's no excuse for incompetence.
