"THE truth is out there... perhaps even over the skies of West Fife, according to the latest Ministry of Defence figures. The most comprehensive MoD reports on sightings of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) were made available to the public in mid-May, and cover sightings compiled from 1981 to the present. The eight files contain details of thousands of sightings, ranging from dazzling lights and star-shaped objects in the sky to little green men."
Fife is definitely not alone. Carnegie himself has witnessed a few unidentified flying objects over the years, usually along Dunfermline High Street late on a Friday or Saturday night. And even the occasional little green man.
