"The Liberal Democrats have announced their candidate for a forthcoming by-election next to Prime Minister Gordon Brown's seat in Fife. Harry Wills, former Chamber of Commerce Business Man of the Year, has been nominated by the party to contest the vacant Westminster seat of Glenrothes. The by-election was triggered by the death of Labour MP John MacDougall earlier this month."
Carnegie thinks it will still come down to a Labour versus SNP tussle. Harry has tried to get elected at least three times and failed every time. Fourth time unlucky?
