"TRANSPORT SCOTLAND has rejected calls to install lighting on the Clackmannanshire Bridge. The government body carried out a safety assessment before the bridge opening in November which decided lights were not required. However, Kincardine councillor Willie Ferguson supports the installation and claims lighting was in the original plans."
Did you know that the Clackmannanshire Bridge didn't have any lights on it? Is that safe?
