Bridges too far?

If Fife is famous for one thing, then it is its bridges. But, Carnegie reads that Fife is apparently heading for the Dark Ages with the revelations in an Audit Scotland report that 75 bridges in the Kingdom fall below European safety standards, making Fife the third worst performing Council area in Scotland.

Here’s hoping the new Fife Council administration get a grip on the problem which the old council seem to have turned a blind eye to solving for many years – hence the scale of he challenge now facing the council … and council taxpayers.
