Anti-social behaviour.

Carnegie reads that the normally quiet village of Aberdour has become the latest to be held hostage by gangs of mindless yobs, sometimes fifty at a time, who are turning up late in the evenings on Friday and Saturday nights at Silversands Beach and making a nuisance of themselves.

The result is that bus company Stagecoach is threatening to cancel the last bus services in and out of the town on Friday and Saturday nights because of the problems being caused.

Yet again it appears that ordinary folks are having their lives made a misery of by a small number of youngsters who are basically out of control. Mr Carnegie thinks it is time for the authorities to clamp down and to start making the lives of those are causing the problems uncomfortable for a change. Perhaps even hold the offending youngsters' parents accountable for their lack of parental responsibility?
