Carnegie sees that the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman has published their annual report, which suggests that Fifers (or at least those in the KY Kirkcaldy postcode area) are the second least likely in Scotland to lodge a complaint. Just 3.1 complaints per 10,000 people, lower than the Scottish average of 3.4 complaints and significiantly lower than the 6.0 complaints per 10,000 in the Western Isles.
Good to see that Fifers are such a contented lot. But should we be?
