Big Girls.

In the immortal words of Mika ... Carnegie reads that “WOMEN in West Fife are among the fattest in Scotland. Fifty-five per cent of women in the area aged 16 and over have a waist of over 35 inches.”

The piece then goes to on to explain all the harm that these self same women are doing themselves … perhaps if we lectured less and published fewer surveys which only make people, be they men or women, feel bad about themselves we might actually want to do something about the source problem. Instead, Carnegie just feels like reaching for another one of those legendary Fife Council bacon rolls.
