Making A Meal Of It.

Mr Carnegie is reminded on occasion how little things have changed over the years since he was first around.

"NEW STATISTICS released by the Scottish government yesterday show huge differences between the number of children sitting down to school dinners in Tayside and Fife ... The largest amount of children having school lunches come from Fife, with a massive 60.9% eating the meals, much higher than the Scottish average."

Fife has a higher rate of children eating school meals than the Scottish average which is probably a reflection of the poverty levels that still exist within the Kingdom.
