"DUNFERMLINE has moved up two places in the TV licence-dodgers’ league of shame, according to figures this week. The latest figures show that more than 300 people were caught watching TV illegally in the city during the first six months of 2008. Dunfermline now ranks 29th in TV Licensing’s league of shame for Scotland, above Dumfries and Perth."
There are some accolades Carnegie would rather not have for his home town. This is one of them.
