Recently Carnegie highlighted the fact that the picture of the Leader of Fife Council, Peter Grant, on Fife Council's "Councillors" web page, was not very flattering and showed him to be a bit scruffy.
Well Carnegie is glad to report that the offending picture has now been replaced with a more polished one showing Councillor Grant in a more flattering and shiny light.
A success for the power of the blogger?
